Policy Agreement - Jessi Driving School

Punctuality: Students must meet instructors at the office on time.
Late Arrival: Instructors wait up to 15 minutes. After that, students can take remaining time or incur a $25 penalty for rescheduling.
No Pick-up Service: Students must come to the office for lessons.
No-Show: Failure to appear results in a $25 penalty per lesson or loss of the lesson.
Package Lessons: All lessons must be reserved before the road test. Availability on specific dates/times cannot be guaranteed.
Payment: All payments must be completed before the road test. Packages with partial payments must be paid in full before 50% of services are rendered.
