Jessi Driving School 37th Anniversary iPhone 18 Pro Sweepstakes
1. Sponsor
The Jessi Driving School 37th Anniversary iPhone 18 Pro Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Jessi Driving School, 680 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11206 (“Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is administered solely by Sponsor. Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not sponsors of, and are not responsible for, this Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 24, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
The potential winner will be selected at random during a live broadcast on or about November 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET on Sponsor’s official Instagram account, @JessiDrivingSchool, and must be present in that broadcast to win, as described in Section 6. Sponsor’s official entry log and physical drawing records control in the event of a technical interruption or discrepancy.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of New York State who are at least 16 years old at the time of entry and are current, new, or former Jessi Driving School clients or students.
Entrants who are 16 or 17 years old must obtain parent or legal-guardian consent. Before awarding a prize to a minor, Sponsor may require a completed parent/legal-guardian consent form and any additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
Employees, instructors, officers, directors, owners, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, New York residency, and current, new, or former client/student status.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. An eligible person may receive a Sweepstakes ticket at no cost through the social-media entry method described below.
There are two independent ways to receive a Sweepstakes ticket: completing the social-media steps in Method A, or purchasing a qualifying lesson package as described in Method B. An entrant does not need to do both; a qualifying package purchase automatically qualifies the entrant for a ticket without completing the social-media steps.
During the Sweepstakes Period, each eligible person may receive one total Sweepstakes entry, represented by one physical numbered Sweepstakes ticket, regardless of entry method. Each ticket has a matching numbered stub. The entrant retains one ticket half, and Sponsor places the matching stub into the official drawing container.
Sponsor staff will maintain a master entry log containing the entrant’s name, contact information, eligibility status, entry method, ticket number, date issued, and staff member who issued or verified the ticket. The master entry log and the matching ticket stub placed in the official drawing container are the official records of entry.
A. Social-media entry: one ticket
An eligible person may receive one Sweepstakes ticket by visiting Jessi Driving School during the Sweepstakes Period and demonstrating to an authorized staff member that the person has:
- Followed @JessiDrivingSchool on Instagram or Jessi Driving School’s official Facebook page;
- Liked the official Sweepstakes post; and
- Commented “37 Years Strong #JessiDrivingSchoolSweepstakes” on the official Sweepstakes post.
An authorized Jessi Driving School staff member must verify the required actions before issuing the ticket. Completing the actions on both Instagram and Facebook does not result in an additional ticket.
B. Qualifying package-purchase entry: one ticket
An eligible person automatically receives one Sweepstakes ticket by purchasing any qualifying Jessi Driving School lesson package directly from Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period, with no additional steps required. Qualifying packages are:

Sponsor staff will confirm the qualifying package purchase through Sponsor’s booking/payment system before issuing the ticket. An entrant who has already received a Sweepstakes ticket by any method is not eligible for an additional ticket.
C. One-ticket limit
Regardless of the number of social-media actions completed, platforms used, or lesson packages purchased, each eligible person may receive only one Sweepstakes ticket. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to receive more than one ticket or uses multiple identities, accounts, phone numbers, email addresses, or other means to bypass this limit.
5. Prize
One potential winner will receive one new, unlocked Apple iPhone 18 Pro, entry-level/base storage capacity. The exact storage capacity and approximate retail value (“ARV”) will be confirmed and posted by Sponsor before the prize is awarded. The color will be selected by Sponsor. The total ARV of the prize will be less than $5,000.
The prize does not include carrier activation, wireless service, a data plan, accessories, insurance, service contract, or any other item not expressly stated in these Official Rules. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all expenses not expressly included in the prize.
6. Winner Selection, Notification, and Claim
On or about November 25, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all valid ticket stubs placed in the official drawing container during an Instagram Live broadcast on @JessiDrivingSchool at approximately 12:00 p.m. ET.
The potential winner must be present and actively watching the Instagram Live broadcast at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win. Sponsor will announce the selected ticket number during the broadcast, and the potential winner must respond in the Live broadcast’s comments, or by Instagram direct message sent during the broadcast, within 1 minute of the announcement to confirm presence. A potential winner who is not present in the Live broadcast at the time of the drawing, or who does not confirm presence within that 1-minute window, is disqualified and is not eligible to claim the prize.
If a potential winner is disqualified for failing to confirm presence, or for any other reason described in these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining valid ticket stubs, subject to the same live-presence requirement, until a valid winner is confirmed or the Sweepstakes is otherwise concluded.
A confirmed potential winner may still be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, and other documents reasonably required by Sponsor before the prize is awarded.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, photograph, voice, testimonial, and prize-related statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without additional payment, notice, or approval. Sponsor will not publicly post the winner’s full street address, phone number, or other sensitive personal information without appropriate consent.
8. Conduct and Disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify any person who Sponsor reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, attempted to exceed the entry limit, submitted false or misleading information, used fraudulent or automated means, violated these Official Rules, or acted in an abusive, threatening, harassing, or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and representatives from claims, liability, loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize, or any printing, technical, administrative, human, or other error connected with the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law.
10. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability related to this Sweepstakes.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, force majeure events, or another cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may, if legally permitted, select a potential winner from valid, non-suspect entries received before the event requiring termination.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Prize Claim and Questions
No mailed request or written submission is required to claim the prize or to learn the winner's name. To claim the prize, the winner must have confirmed presence in the Live broadcast at the time of the drawing as described in Section 6, and must present the retained half of the numbered Sweepstakes ticket that matches the stub drawn from the official drawing container. Sponsor will verify the ticket halves against the master entry log before releasing the prize.
